STAY KIND LIMITED (Stay Kind) SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Postage and Handling Information

Stay Kind uses Australia Post for all its merchandise sales. It is not possible to pick up merchandise from the Stay Kind office. Merchandise is posted 1 day a week. If your payment has not cleared, your item/s will be posted on the next designated postal day the following week.

Peak Periods

During our peak period, we do ship two to three times a week.

Returns Policy

Stay Kind does not provide refunds or exchanges on any of its products unless they are faulty or unsuitable for use as described.

Postage Locations

We can only ship to Australian addresses at this time.

Postage and Handling Charges

Please note postage costs vary for different items and quantities.

2. All items except Football Jerseys and large bulk item purchases are posted as Prepaid Parcel
Post.
3. Football Jerseys and large bulk purchases are either sent as Express Post or Registered Post.
4. Contact staykind.org for a postal quote on large bulk purchases.
5. All postage and handling charges are inclusive of GST.

Partial Shipping

We do not post partial orders. We will advise you if an item is out of stock and refund you payment for the out-of-stock item.
